SIT N SLEEP We purchased one of their no spring natural beds at the urging of our salesman Ali Teranchi. Within 30 days we found that the bed was cratering. When we finally reached sit n sleep we were told they were not responsible. Culver City California
The salesman would not help, the company would not help, the mfg is un reachable. They refuse to be responsible. The matress craters when we get in it and when their mattress checker came he denied our concerns. The salesman Ali told us to buy this one because he had just purchased the same one. It ended up costing $1,000 more than we wanted to spend. These guys do not stand behind their products, its all talk
