This company got upset because we wanted to pay every month with our credit card on our end because of security concerns. We did not like saving our credit card information to their database. They also got upset because we did not want to purchase any of their apps. Their customer service, tech support, billing and telephone service is nearly non-exsistant.
WE FAILED TO SAVE OUR WEBSITE INFORMATION, BEFORE THEY TOOK IT OFF LINE; NOW WE HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH with another company. IT TOOK US 3 MONTHS TO BUILD THIS SITE.
