DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I kid you not I literally cannot get anyone who speaks english to help in tech support, even broken english would be a blessing. I'm pretty sure their offices are in kabul or bollywood because the accent is so thick we just can't communicate.
Oh, my favorite is if you try to find out anyone else's name and escalate an issue 'no one is available' is the stock answer..... and get this they are not allowed to give out the company street address or the name of the President.
It is uterly painful to call them. I dread it more than dealing with an insurance company or ummmmm, the government.
Keep on truckin' find another provider. Their products lure you in and then you're stuck.
Don't do it!
