Complaint Review: SiteGround

SiteGround deleted all of my content that took years to make. They said that my site took up too much Cpu. By the time I went in to move it to a new provider it had been completely wiped out. I asked if I could get a back up (even by paying) and they said they didn't make backups. This is so incompetent it's almost criminal. I will never use SiteGround again and recommend all users stay far far away. I considered legal recourse, but have virtually none since the company is located in Panama.
