I had the unlucky experience of choosing this terrible site to purchase internet traffic. They charged my card and were supposed to send a confirmation email. This never happened and they did not respond to over 20 emails I sent. In addition I have not been refunded my money. Its scum like this that ruin the internet.

I used to work for Dax and at the time you filed this report the company had been sold. The new company left Dax's contact info on the site and was non-responsive to the individuals who made purchases. If you filed a claim on Paypal you would've automatically received a refund.
I know Dax refunded 7 individuals himself due to his name remaining on the site to preserve his reputation. Maybe if you could send him your transaction details he could refund you? His last email I have is daxit@______.com. Replace _______ with yahoo.com I'm not sure if it is active or not, but it is worth a shot. Just trying to think of a constructive solution. He's an honest guy as far as my dealings. When the company he sold the site to got behind on payroll he lobbied for us to get our pay caught up even though he had no further ties.
