Complaint Review: Six Stars of New york Inc.

I booked a premium SUV for a family ride. It came almost 30 min late and what we saw it was a 14 passenger van which looks like a cargo vehcle. U was'nt in a situation to argue as it was way too late, As soon we steped into the van it smells like piss and weed smoke. I asked driver why this vehcle smels he explains that the owner makes him work for 18 hours a day(real slavery) so he don't have time for shawer and some time he end up sleeping in the van. We called dispatcher to discuss this issue it was late evening and who so ever picked up the phone could barely speaks english and sounds like drunk. After talking to him about 15 min he turned to be a jerk so we decided to hang up. at the end of the trip fair comes to $91 which was originally $75 and driver said since its a bigger vehcle so you have to pay more. I got shocked that i booked a premium SUV i end up getting cargo type van and we have to pay more??? any way i decided to pay rather waisting my evening witht the family. You no going to belive what happens next...i sign the credit card voucher for $91 next week when i saw my statement it came out to $191. I immidiatly called and dispute the payment and decided not to call them again.
