Sixt refused to rent to me despite a reservation made weeks in advance. They claimed my license would not scan which is nonsense because I immediately got a rental from another company just one booth over. I ended up paying over $300 extra. 

They have no customer service via phone or email so my refund is in limbo since the charges already hit my credit card. There are many choices for rental cars so do yourself a favor and stay away from Sixt.
