Complaint Review: Sixt Rental Car

Picked up a car rental, was not asked to review car for damages with staff.

Drove off, returned car at 4AM, open all night, no one there to receive vehicle.

Left returned car parked.

I received a claim from company a week later stating damage to the front bumper.

I contacted the rental company to discuss the criteria of the claim which was bogus and had no documentation of receipt/ return of vehicle, as no staff was available upon rental or return.
