Sixt SFO Terrible customer service San Francisco California
First time renter with Sixt. Rented a 4 runner. They tried to pass off a Kia at same rate. Had to wait 2 hours for substitute car; when it finally arrived it had damage. Completely unapologetic. No concept of the meaning of customer service. Very disappointed.
