Lou, you said you're an AKC judge? According to the AKC website, no one matching your name (including a search done by only last name) came up. Their list is very intensive, and if you were a judge, your name would be on the list.

I'm going to have to call on your claim.

That was QUICK!! I said you'd probably change your site and you did and I must admit, for the better. Your site shows improvement in the right direction! Good for you. It is what customers want and expect. More truth upfront. Please also include any other states your puppies may come from. you're on a roll and it's the right thing to do. Keep it up. Let's get the facts straight.
First I have NEVER been ARRESTED. I have NEVER been CONVICTED of ANY CRIME. I NEVER played any part of what is being claimed. Not an owner employee or other wise.

NOW THE TRUTH What you do not want to hear..
WHY DO YOU LIE and say you bought a dog from Sixth Day Kennel? Who are you for real?
Why do you lie and say we changed the name of OAK
TRAIL TO SIXTH DAY? AND IF SIXTH DAY JUST APPEARED HOW DID YOU BUY A DOG FROM THEM?
I would like you to identify yourself. Your real name and phone number. Please feel free to call me. You know how to e-mail me and my phone number. But we both know you won't as you do not want to be sued for defamation or slander.
You want to hide on a board that is known for deception.

Sixth Day kennel is a small kennel.That is the Truth! And what deception are you talking about? Broker? Everything listed on this site has been bred and raised at my home. Or at Kevins. Every dog on this website is either owned or co-owned by one of us. What does that mean? It means two people own the dog being bred. Which means we both are the real breeders of the litter. Or he is the owner. Which has been a normal pratice of breeders for many years.

Small It is Small..We are working at getting bigger. Only this takes time in dogs. It does not happen at the snap of the fingers. Our puppies are beautiful. At this time Sixth Day has had no complaints from any one. We pledge to try to keep it this way. But we all know life is not always perfect. Most of our clients buy more than one puppy. The truth I raise happy healthy dogs. That are socialized, and sometimes housetrained.

Some of these clients have read the crap before they got the puppy and have written letters to tell the world how positive the entire experience was purchasing through us.
I have more experience than most in breeding and this makes some breeders angry. And very jealous.
Am I hiding NO! For goodness sake what for?
I have done nothing wrong. And will not do anything wrong. Because some breeder in Texas wanted to get rid of the competiton and used my name in an attempt to do it? Anyone can say anything on the net. But that does not make it true. It only means that the lawsuit is in motion.

I have bred over the last 29 years Champion Rottweilers,Champion Akitas, Cavaliers, Champion Lhasa, and Champion Havanese I have also judged Dog Shows to include BEST of SHOW. Which means that I have to know structure, temperament and type on many breeds. I have full previlages in AKC,UAB,APRI,ACA DOG CLUBS.

I have no problems listed with any of the clubs.
My private life has included detective, investigator and contract specialist with the Goverament. I bet your surprised that Dogs is not how I make a living. I am 64 and still employed. My background speaks of integrity.
And I have a lot of knowledge that could help many breeders. Most breeders that are producing hybrids have no real show or breeding back ground. They they have never produced a Champion. Mosy Hybrid breeders have no idea about correct structure. Why is Kissable not Misty?. Misty started failing about a month ago. And both Oak Trail and Misty crashed when we had the floods and electical storms here. So did our computors. Misty always had kissable in the name.

As I do not understand computors perfectly the programmer told me the fastest way to get it back up and running was to redo the name. So that is what I did. Keeping it as close as possible. We did not change the look. Trust me this move lost sales. It takes a long time to be high in the rankings. So tell me if I am hiding somthing why is it all the same? Don't worry Misty will be back. Misty has such a good trade name and we are top in the top rankings. So it is being redone. The look will not be changed. It is a great looking site Don't you think? And what is your Beef with Cockapoos..Just more hot air about nothing. Or is it that all of the puppies are not born at my house? That is not hidden.

Why do you think we have a web-site. So clients can read before they contact us. And trust me they do read and they ask questions. Most of our clients pick-up at our home. I have nothing to hide. I do not meet people on the side of the road.

Oh I almost forgot! Puppies here are not weaned until 7 weeks. Then the issue of 8 week vaccinations. You know we make sure every puppy has at least two Parvo Vaccines and Bordetella.
Prior to going home. Puppies coming from Kevin or Mark do have a 12 hour drive to get to us.
Before leaving home every puppy is vet checked.
and given a health certificate. Then the puppies
leave their home and come straight to my home.
This is not harmful. Puppies get socialization, Supervised play time, crate training, playtime in the kitchen and belly scratching on the sofa at night. Any puppy born here gets everything. I don't have kennels and I DO NOT like crates. I understand puppies have to be crate trained But my house dogs have to get along. So I have to limit the adult dogs I keep here.

You want to know the Best part about working together. The puppy you purchase from us will have more attention than the average puppy sold on line. When breeders try to do it all them selves it is the puppy who ends up with less attention. The breeder who tries to do it all themselves will have Two litters on the ground, 3 litters ready to go..THEY HAVE THE PHONE, PUPPY VISITORS,THE WEBSITE,PICTURES, PICTURE POSTINGS, FAMILY WORK,CHILDREN, SHOPPING , THE VET AND CLEANING KENNELS...Guess what this takes a lot of time. Have you ever raised a litter of 9 puppies? Alone 21 puppies at one time? Having the babies here after they are weaned allows Kevin to spend more time with new moms and babies. That means more attention from the time of Birth till the puppy gets to you. All of which makes for a great puppy. Clients are welcome to pick-up from Kevins as well.

You know we have a required vet check list. Over 95% of all our puppies are rated excellent.
I have to date not had one puppy who did not pass his vet check. Usually our only problem is a puppy that may need to be wormed or treated for protzoa. All treatable and it happens in puppies. But is not for a life time. More truth. I have had only one claim for a Cockapoo in 5 years. We must be doing something right.

Defamation/slander on a website like this is not how adults act. Using this as a tool to try an ruin someones life who you do not know or have never talked with is not right.
