Complaint Review: SKAuto Parts/Neko Enterprise

SK Auto Parts/Neko Enterprise Sent wrong part and was told numerous times they would sent the right part, but NEVER got the right part. I asked for money back, they said they would send a check out...NEVER got that either. Brownsville Texas

I ordered a passenger side mirror for my honda and when I finally got the part 3+ weeks later, it was the wrong side. Of course I called and I was told they would send someone to pick up the wrong part and re-send me the right part out ASAP, but 3+ months later I still haven't received the mirror.
I called numerous other times and each time they told me the right part was being sent out which turned out to be a complete LIE. Finally the last time I talked to them I told them I wanted my money back and they said they would sent out a check since they didn't have credit card machines, but I NEVER got it. Called again, but kept getting answering machine.
This place needs shut down...BAD BUSINESS!!
