Skate World Ice Arena Promised private instructor for children's birthday party for 45 minutes. Once there, owner's wife Mrs. Williams was rude, nasty, yelling, screaming Jacksonville Florida
We had a childrens birthday party with 11 children under the age of six. We called on multiple occassions to figure out what was included in the deluxe package for birthday partys, Mrs. Williams stated that the cake, pizza or hot dogs, and an instructor for 45 minutes was included along with a hostess. We were promised a private instructor for 45 minutes.
Once we arrived, the owner's wife Mrs. Williams was rude and very nasty. The party was disorganized. The only person that was helpful was the hostess, even after Mrs. Williams tried to drag her into it. They did not give us the instructor, they were all booked up, even though we scheduled 2 weeks in advance. These people were unprofessional, disorganized, and they had "sexually explicit" music playing, DURING A 6 YEAR OLD CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! In the end the lady stated she was done dealing with me.
Also to mention, the facilities were moldy, dirty, paint was chipping from the ceiling beams, and insulation was falling out of the ceiling.
