I have plaeced two orders for skate board items for my boys for christmas. The orders were confirmed and my credit card charged. The first order was placed on November 17th and the second one shortly after that. To date I have not been sent any trackiing information and cannot confirm what items will be shipped and when. I had to call directory to get a phone number but you cannot get through to anyone unless you have an extension number, I have sent fax after fax and email after email. I may get a partial response but nothing concrete!
It will be empty under the tree if the items do not ship this week!
