I placed my order for two hats two months ago. I wanted to surprise my boys with gifts for the holidays. I have sent many contact inquiries as to the status of my order. They reply that it is being processed, or that it will ship in a few days.
I requested a telephone number where I could talk to someone but they ignore my request each time.
