Skecher sold defective shows Phila Premium Outlet, Limerick PA PA
Fairly new pair of Skechers developed curls in the toe linng making them too uncomfortable to wear. call the store. told to bring them in. drove all the way there only to be sold they would not replace them. all they offered was 25% off a new pair. why would I want a new pair if they can't explain what happened to the ones I have? Guess they no longer care about quality or customers.
