Sketchers USA Inc. 'Shape Ups' Misrepresented product results Have settled claims with FTC Manhattan Beach, California
I purchased a pair of Skechers "Shape Up' shoes. According to an article on all of the news stations, the internet, and my local newspaper Skechers settled FTC charges on shoe claims for these toning/fitness shoes. I am trying to find out how to obtain my refund. The claims made about the body toning from wearing these shoes were completely false. Please advise how I would go about getting the refund that is supposedly available to the consumers. Do I return them to the store where they were purchased? Thank you,
