Skin Complex Rx Deceptive Advertising SCAM!!! Nationwide
This was the biggest scam I've ever been a part of and I'm embarrassed to say I fell for it! Don't order either one of these products, you will be scammed too.
These advertisers (which I was following a Dr Oz ad and got sucked in)bait you in with a "free trial offer" and "only pay 5.95 for shipping" just to get your information to rip you off at a later date. I even set a reminder on my phone/calendar to cancel the product after 14 days in case I didn't see a difference in my skin...which I didn't!! I was told that since I was cancelling TOO SOON that I was going to be charged $38.71...where did that amount come from??!! Then just one week later, I was looking at my bank statement only to see a charge of $85.00!! When I called AGAIN, another RUDE customer service rep told me it was because I had not cancelled both products but only one. Isn't that what I called about a week ago...to cancel?! There was no invoice telling me any of this, just a very small piece of paper called a "packing list" with both products listed that arrived, one phone number not two, to call and cancel. I had no idea I was going to be charged for the full price because I had already called and canceled. The lady was rude, argumentative, didn't listen and talked over me. She wasn't about to help me in any way. It's such a scam and I fell right into it. Don't make the same mistake as I did. I wish I would've read these first!!
