This company is a rip-off in any sense of the word. They use at least three different names to bury their charges and make it difficult to find them in your accounts. Here's our report.

We saw an ad for a free trial of a skin care product, paying shipping only. Went to the website and checked carefully to see if there would be recurring charges. There was no statement about it. Ordered the product which we had delivered to our daughter's house as we would be visiting her. When package arrived, I again checked to see if there would be recurring charges. No notice that there would be. There was no instruction to do anything if not satisfied.

Soon after we left our daughter's house, she called to tell us another package arrived. The return address was a company called BEAUTY IMPRESSIONS. I immediately tried to call the company at the number on the invoice of the 'sample' package but got no answer. I sent an email to Beauty Impressions asking how to return the product. I never got a response. Meanwhile I watched my credit card bill for charges from SKIN ELEMENTS or BEAUTY IMPRESSIONS. None appeared.

Then reviewing a credit card statement a month or two later, I discovered a charge from PRINCEH*UPSCALE BEAUTY for $97.83. Investigating it, I found it was the company that I had only previously know as Skin Elements or Beauty Impressions. I finally found a number for the company (855.541.8878) and called. After a heated conversation, they agreed to cancel the account and provide a refund. So I was watching my credit account for the refund. It finally showed up but only HALF the amount ($48.92) was refunded. I searched my credit card account to see if I missed something. I discovered I had been charged THREE times by this company! Of course I should have caught the charge sooner, but it was the third different name for this product of which I did not expect a charge at all.

     AVOID THIS COMPANY
