Eye Endear 1345977 is the Ripoff report number- same thing happened to me They did the same thing to me as written in former complaint who reported original ripoff report except my agent told me she was given me her employee discount and if I filed a report with my bank I would lose as they have one every claim against them thus far. They need to be stopped. It is a scam in which they are receiving over $115. Per customer. I am a single disabled mother with 3 children Santa Ana Internet- CA

Skin Endear, and associated products like Eye Endear on the same website ad, says just pay shipping to get a "free trial" of their products. BEWARE!!! You are charged for each sample product, they are not free. Once they have your credit card number they sign you up for a "subscription" for which they charge between $85.95 and up for each sample that you already got "free". You don't actually receive anything for the next charges which may end up being over $170.00 in addition to the amount you already paid for your "free sample". I ordered the product, when it came in I challenged their additional $0.99 charge and was told all was well and not to worry. A short time after I was charged an additional amount totaling over $170.00 for nothing I had signed up for, nor received. I challenged this charge and I was told that I was signed up for a "subscription" ..... I never authorized it nor received anything other than the original sample. After contacting them again I was told that they would not refund the total additional new charges, but would give me a small credit back of $30.08+$31.48. My agent told me she was actually offering me her employee discount and if I didn't go with it and I thought with them and got my bank involved I would get nothing back and would be charged again. This is a total RIPOFF company. It is bait and switch of a "free" product that you end up having to pay over $110.00 for. They operate under numerous names and associate their products to celebrities like Angelina Jolie to attract buyers. Do not try their products no matter who they say created or endorsed them. It is a rip off.
