Complaint Review: skin fresh md

I responded to an add on the internet which offered a skin care product for 4.95 When ordering by phone the sales person did ask if I wanted to receive additional products to which I adamantly replied no and i told her that if I couldnt just get the product as advertisede just forget that I had called.

I received the product in July and then when my August bank staterment came I had 2 chares that I did not recognize.

I called my bank and was told that both had come from the same company and that the bank had so many of these complaints their fraud department no longer handled them.

The charges were 7/31/.17 fromGetthefreshhealthylookSupport for 92.21 and 8/2/17 fromMymembm.ComSupport for $97.67.

After research I found an add and called the companhy.After I warned them about the wrath of God falling upon all of them they agreed to refund my money in 2-5 business days and gave me a claim # 5479178. I am awaiting that refund since its only been 2 days since the call and this is a weekend.
