There was an offer for a "Free Trial Sample" for two products "Skin Logic" and "Eyetensive", that I registered for and of course paid shipping.  The samples were mine to try.  There was no disclosures that you are signing up for reoccurring products at the cost of $86.95 and 89.95.  Once the charges were posted to my account, I immediately called to cancel their scam of charging me for products that were not ordered.  Then came the undaunting efforts to get my money refunded.  First, ithe representiave "Ana" ID # 1246202. said she was a supervisor and she could give me 15% of my money back...after I refused (because I want a full refund) Ana went to 25%, 30%, and then 50%.  After refusing all offers because I did not agree to the products.  Ana then said, well if you return the products (remember this is the "Free Trial Sample") we will give me 100% (which take 4-6 weeks to process) of my money back.  I informed her the samples were mine to keep and Ana's response was that was not a sample but the real product.  I asked Ana if this company was in business to misrepresentation of the products and services....she could not answer.  Next I asked to speak to her Manager, and she informed me she was the the supervisor above her manager.....strange, I thought it was the other way around.  Next she hung up on me.  I called back and amazing ended right back with her, (in an organization full of representatives) I thought that was pretty incredible.  However, Ana said we are going round in circles with this situation...I asked if you the liberty as a supervisor to authorize a 50% refund...then why not the full 100%.  Again, she hung up on me.  I called back for a third time and was fortunate to reach Ben ID # 1246224, who amazingly sat near, if not next to, Ana. Because I didn't even have to verifiy my account information because he was aware of my intention to get a refund.  Tomorrow I will attempt to deal with the Bank about those charges...Oh Boy!  Sorry about the length of this report but had to add some humor at this time of year.  This is not a "Free Trail Sample" but a scam to charge for products not order and in hopes that you (consumer) go away from getting your money back...P.S.  I think customer service is a call center outside the US.
