Complaint Review: Skin Logic

Skin Logic and Eyetensive I sent off for free trial and got put into auto ship to the tune of $200 per month San Jose California

 I ordered free trial offers of Eyetensive and Skinlogic and I was charged only for the shipping but without my knowledge, I was enrolled in an auto ship program to the tune of almost $200 per month ($92.90 for Eyetensive and $94.90 for Skinlogic).  I called and was able to cancel the auto ship on both items and learned that shipments for both had been mailed 6/17/15.  I tried to call back twice to actually talk to Customer Service to see if I could get an authorization to return number once the shipments arrive and each time that I got through to a person, it would automatically hang up on me.  I'm furious!  This tells me that when my shipments arrive and I try to call for a return number, I won't be able to get through to customer service at the number listed as 888-959-6072 (the number that was listed on my bank statement for Skinlogic) and 888-589-8874 (the number that was listed on my bacnk statement for Eyetensive).  The other number I found on the web is 405-905-7546.  I did not use a credit card for this transaction -- I used my bank debit card.
