I ordered what I thought was two sample products from Skin Logic and Eyetensive. I thought that there was no cost other than shipping, or at least that's what the internet ad seemed to indicate. I received my two "samples" and about three weeks later I was charged $86 for one of the products and $89 for the other product.I immediately cancelled the "membership", which I didn't even know that I had agreed to. I thought maybe they were probably in the process of sending the full size product (which by the way has different packaging in the advertisement), so I felt I needed to honor my obligation and pay for it. I waited to see if I would receive the full size product and when I didn't get it, I decided to call and try to get my money back. I was told that I didn't receive samples and that what I got was the actual product. I was also told that I had fourteen days to cancel and that was in the "fine print". I somehow suspect that even if I had seen that disclosure (which I'm still not sure was there), I wouldn't have gotten my money back without returning the product which I had used since I was under the impression it was a sample. The "agent" finally agreed to refund 15% of the charge ($26). Atfer reading some of the other complaints, I'm sorry I didn't try to hold out for a more fair refund. Shame on this company for being deceptive.
