This ad on the web is a complete fraud.  You order the samiles of skin logic and eyetastic care products for 5.00 each.  The following month you are billed 94.90 for each of  same size of the samples.  Called every number the website provided and got the same results....none.  letting my bank handle it and I have contacted my attorney.  I hope they will be shut down completely.  I was shocked at all the complaints I read about this so called business.  Do not order from this company.  They will take your money and You will spend a overwhelming amount of time trying to get a refund.  I have learned my lesson!

Did you REALLY??

Did YOU really learn from this?? I would wager that what YOU have learned IS NOT the lesson that is needed here. The lesson YOU should have learned is TO READ!!!! YOU are sitting there complaining and whining about THEM and WHAT they have done, yet YOU FAIL to acknowledge that YOU AGREED TO ALL OF THIS!!! THEY are ONLY doing what YOU SAID THEY COULD DO!!!! Now of course YOU are going to sit there and defend yourself and that is all well and good. BUT!!! There IS a reality here that YOU ARE IGNORING!!! When YOU entered in YOUR payment information, at the end was a little tab that says "I Agree". When YOU clicked that tab, YOU gave them EXPRESS PERMISSION to autobill AND autoship. What this tells EVERYONE is that YOU DID NOT READ!!!!!! How do we KNOW this? From the very fact that YOU have come on the web and defamed them for ONLY doing what YOU said they could do. Had YOU in fact READ the information that would have been provided had YOU clicked the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU would have seen for yourself this information. YOU can TRY and bring in a lawyer, but once the company YOU ordered from submits the E-Contract YOU SIGNED your lawyer is going to laugh. Sorry but THIS is on YOU for NOT READING!! I would suggest that in the future you keep in mind that if a deal looks too good to be true then it more then likely isn't. The internet is a GREAT tool but YOU still have to be vigilant. YOU still have to protect yourself. Companies online are COUNTING on you being too lazy or inattentive to READ!!! THEY get a pass on this SLIGHTLY shady practice BECAUSE they spell it all out for you in the fine print. But if YOU don't read that fine print then HOW are YOU going to KNOW what you are getting yourself into? Stop for just a moment and step back and LOOK at the situation now that YOU have this new information. Pretend YOU are trying to show a child what has happened and REALLY LOOK at the situation. Once YOU do this YOU will see and probably admit that YOU had more of a RESPONSIBLE part then the ONLINE company. THEY did not enter YOUR payment information. THEY DID do exactly what YOU agreed to. Im reminded of an episode of Family Guy where Quagmire gets a new computer and just clicks the "Accept" tab. Then mere moments later a gentleman runs into Quagmires home and punches him in the jaw. Of course Quagmire is upset and says "What the Hell!" and the gentlemans response is "Hey YOU agreed to it!". Its the same thing with YOUR situation, YOU agreed to something while having NO IDEA what YOU agreed to. The point is READ WHAT YOU ARE SAYING YES TO!! The Real Life consequences of a virtual agreement are the SAME as a paper contract. And just to give you one last piece of information, when YOU agreed to their Terms and Conditions of that sale, YOUR ISP provided internet address is used as PROOF that YOU agreed to the E-Contract. Since when YOU signed up for internet service YOU were assigned a unique string of digits that allows them to track YOU. This information CANNOT be changed by YOU so its used as proof of purchase online. Its ALSO used to track AND log EVERYTHING you do on the web. Just saying that THEY have worked this out to the point that YOU will have a hard time convincing ANYONE that YOU didn't order that product from YOUR computer. It can ALSO be used when YOU defame someone online. So just be MORE careful in the future and YOU will be able to avoid these types of situations.
