Skin-Muze is an anti-wrinkle cream/serum, advertised on the internet as free. When you order a 30 day sample, there is a $4.95 shipping fee. After 3 weeks, I still have not received my sample.

When I checked my bank statement, I was charged TWICE by 2 different companies. Going further down my statement, there were TWO MORE charges, this time for $88.95 each. I called the customer service one whole day 42 times, each time the line was busy.

My bank was helpful by getting me 2 more numbers. The bank told me I would need an email of some sort from the company to help file fraud charges. I called one of the new numbers and an Asian Angela told me that there were actually TWO "free" samples with  2 shipping charges. She said I would receive a follow-up email within 48 hours. I asked for a supervisor, but he was "busy".

Three days later, I still had no sample and no email, so I called back. After many busy signals, I got through to a second Asian "Angela", she told me the same story. This time, they had no supervisor.

Being a stubborn person, I called again 4 hours later. This time, I got a THIRD "Angela". also Asian. She gave me the same story and for the third time, a notice was going to be sent to the Billing Department and they would email me within 48 hours. This Angela told me that the order department was overwhelmed with the orders.

No samples, yet. It looks like I won't get back my $179.80 back unless the bank can do something.
