On 06/04/17 I ordered the Skin Novela and Eye Novela after reading an ad.   The ad was written in a way that gave you the impression that you were getting samples.  All you had to do is to pay the shipping for the products a total of $10.95.  Good deal right.  I got it and did not really like it.   So I thought that was the end of it.  I would not be ordering this product.

I was absolutely shocked when I opened my credit card statement and I saw the charges $89.95 for Skin Novela and $86.95 for Eye Novela.  I immediately called and asked what is this. I never authorized additional charges.

The CSR (reading from her script) explained to me that in their disclosure that I checked off during the payment process it stated  I had 14 days trail period and if I did not call to cancel during that period.  I would be charged. It was not their fault I did not read it.

I told her that her company intentially  buried that statement  in the small print.  It should have been clearly stated in the ad. Or least on the packing receipt.   I asked her if I can return it.  She said no they do not accept returns because of the type of product.  I was beyond livid.  I told her I purchase skin products from HSN and they take it back.   They stand behind their products.  This company must not believe that these products are any good or they would have a return policy.

 I  have read complaints from others ripped off customers on line.  You just want to stick us with this product we cannot use. Unknowingly charge outrageous prices to our credit card.  YOU ARE SCAM!   I told her to cancel it.  She kept making offers.   I kept saying no you guys are crooks.

I hope I was being recorded.   I am planning on reporting this company to every  business complaint entiy I can think of.  I contemplating legal action against this company for unfair business practices.

For now, call and record your call.  Get the rep's name.  Contact your credit card company and block them from taking payments.   I will never order anything from this company or  the internet from any company that have to hide their business practices in the small print.   SHAME ON YOU!

 I ordered the trial product. I had a family emergency that caused me to have to move away. This meant I had to take a leave of absence from work, which means I have literally no income right now. My bank account is empty. The very next day after I saw the charge on my account for $180 plus an overdraft fee, I immediately called. Customer service informed me there was nothing they could do, they had been paid their money, I was out of luck. The only thing they could do was cancel my "subscription". I don't even have the product, since I had Moved, and still they would not do anything!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!
