I purchased the skin optics and eye essential products on their website. This was an introductory offer that stated it would only charge shipping and handling.

I was actually out of the country when I saw two charges on my debit card for for $5.95, and $4.95. I thought this charge was in order as I had purchased these items with these shipping and handling charges. Fourteen days later I saw two charges for $86.95 to eye rejuvenator, the second in the amount of 89.95 for skinboostpro.

When I returned from my vacation there was a box from SkinOptics-Eye Essential waiting for me. I knew this could not be my sample for the above as the products were in full sized jars, or  so I thought!

Here is what this sham of a so called company does. When you order what you think is a sample of the products they send you two items; large size not introductory size,. Then they bill you for the products at full size.

still confused, I thought I had never received the samples and this order must be a mistake. Not so, if you do not cancel within 13 days, including time for shipping, you will not only be charged for shipping and handling, but, also two full size jars of this product. No refund policy here.

Are you confused...me too!

Another few weeks went by and I see two more charges for the same amounts as the previous month, no new product....very confused.

I called the number included with the products...I assumed it was the number for both products, not so. I finally spoke with an incredibly rude and unprofessional women that basically told me"too bad". I offered to return the product" no" she stated very rudely. I scoured my order confirmation, for the verbage that would state the acceptance rules...  they were not on my confirmation. This wreck of a human told me it was on the website and  I should have read their policy. she refused

to negotiate with with me. Furthermore, I will be receiving more product, supposedly on the way, and am already charged for it. That was that as far as this company is concerned. By the way...the confirmation order does not confirm the above terms.

Then I called the eye rejuvination number and I received the same answer. I told the women," please cancel all orders as I will be contacting the Attorney General. She said" well, I am not going to close your account, I will continue to bill you because you threatneed me". After explaining the rights we have as citizens of the United States she cannot deny canceling my orders because I am going to the  Attorney General.

I have never been outright scammed. But this is the only thing I can say. This company hires phone people that are instructed to be rude and sadly abscond with with your money.

I will be contacting the Attorny Generals office and the BBB to file a complaint.
