skin optics eyessentials charge credit card without permission, said had to cancelled yesterday but was not aware nobody contacted me. One company cancelled my account but will not reimburse me the other company wont cancel my account until they recieve a paymentcontacted me through email or letter to let me know.One copa santa ana California
This company of skin optics and eyessentials is a total rip off, they charged my credit card without authorization when i called they said i should of called yesterday March 23rd since that was the 14 days but have not had products for 14 days was never sent email or text from either company that stated i only had so many days. But when i did call one company did cancel my account but would not reimburse me the other one refuse to do the same until they get a payment. The add was on Facebook with pictures of celebrity like Ellen, Oprah and Cindy Crawford just to name a few and we all know that they can afford $89.95 a month either that or they like to get ripped off. I feel that these people should not respresent these company if they dont disclose everything and believe me word of mouth is a greater form of advertising than anything in writing.
