Skin Optics Sneaky charges, horrible customer service. Internet
Warning do not order a trial size lotion, sure you pay the 4.95 I tried the skin optics and and after 2 weeks started breaking out, I noticed an email showing skin optics tried to charge my credit card 89.00 for a product I didn't even have. I contacted the customer service to cancel and inform them of my reaction to the lotion. They odviously did not comply to my wishes to cancel and again tried to charge my card again for 89.00. I had to freeze my credit card and reported them to the credit card company to red flag them. It should not be this had to folow the customers requests. I will report them to the BBB.
