Skin Research Institute LLC SRI Straight Pro Took my money without delivering the item Santa Monica California
I placed an order for ONE straightener and found my Paypal to be charged for TWO. PayPal refunded one after my attempt to contact this company failed to respond. I have sent a total of FIVE emails/inquiries through their website to no avail to find out where the ONE ordered is and I have called and after a long hold period was directed to leave a message that would be returned that never occurred. They claimed to have shipped two straighteners however the post office has verified this as misdelivered since I have YET to receive my order!!! I am out money and product!!
