Complaint Review: Skin Royale / Eye Royale

I had signed up for a free trial of skin royale & eye royale paying only for postage. When I did order this I carefully looked to see if there was a gimmick like auto-pay or auto-reorder and I did not see anything so I felt it was okay. 2 weeks later they automatically charged my bank account $86.95 & $89.95 to ship me more product. My bank told me to call there to see if I could get my money back. They would not refund me. Here's the kicker - at the end of my phone call to them, they wanted me to keep my account open with them & give me 75% off future discounts. What a scam. Also, I really only wanted to try the face cream, but somehow (I don't know how), I ended up ordering the eye cream too & could not back out of it. Very sneaky...
