I placed an order over two weeks ago and paid extra for UPS 3 day shipping. They charged my credit card and I have not received my order. I have emailed them over 10 times and called them twice. They don't answer the phone and have only responded to 3 of my emails.

Last week they told me that my order was damaged by UPS and that they would send me another order by UPS 2 day, but I have still not received it. When I emailed again to notify them that I had still not received my package they told me that my package was damaged by UPS. I informed them that they already told me that but that I have still not received my order. They refuse to respond to any more of my emails or answer the phone. I emailed again asking them when my order would arrive, but they will not respond.

In my last email, I insisted that they cancel my order and they still will not respond. I would avoid this company. They are very unprofessional and DISHONEST. This is a very bad business. I will be glad to amend this complaint to reflect that my order has been received or that my credit card has been refunded if either happens. BUT, this has not happened and they ought to be avoided. What a RIPOFF!!!

Amanda did receive her order.
Yes, UPS lost it. Yes, we re-shipped it.

She has exaggerated and even lied. We did email her back several times. We did not lose her package, UPS did.

The only way we would know that she did not receive it was for her to contact us.

As soon as she did, we re-shipped.

She has the products.

We are not a rip off company. We are however, at the mercy of UPS to get packages out in a timley fashion. If they lose a box, we cannot do anything but reship. This is what we did.
