Here's another company with a Wrinkle Creme Scam that needs to be outed:  Skin Serum RT3.

An offer popped up on Facebook that I foolishly fell for to get a Free sample for only $4.95(plus shipping & handling. It was for a new product from the HGTV star, Joanna Gaines, who had founded this company, as her "first love" was to develop a wrinkle creme that truly worked. When I went to order it, another offer popped up for additional Serum--again priced at only $4.95(plus S/H). So I added that in, thinking it was all under $10.00.  As this happened so quickly, I never thought to make copies of their website with the offer, went ahead & filled in my credit card. Somehow, I missed the small print that gave you only 14 days to cancel the order. They start the 14-day count from the minute you place the order, not when the package gets to your door, which took about 5 days. Box came with no instructions for product useage, nor any note about the limited time period and policy of future billings. Thus, I consider "false & misleading advertising," plus a failure to disclose  their policy to consumers. As I had 2 different products, they came under 2 different company names in my monthly statement, so I called the credit card firm to complain & said I would not pay. They required me to call the 2 different businesses and only one of them, FC Industries Care, would drop the charge & remove my name from future billings. The other, Skin Serum RT3, was very nasty and would only cancel future billings. They re-charged my card $89.98.and sent copies that I'd checked a box & agreed to pay. These were faded faxed copies, almost unreadable, forwarded to me by the credit card firm. Unfortunately, I had not made any copies of this order, so had no proof to send back. Now, I'm paying  for a product that has been thrown out, as they don't accept returns!  This was an expensive lesson for me, but I hope this saves other women from falling for similar skin care scams that "pop up" on the internet.
