Skin Youth Enhanced LLC The company rip me off trying to send me a trial product paying just the delivery fee. They charge my account for two outrageous amount without checking if I was satisfied with the product or not. nationwide Nationwide
On November 25, I saw an ad where you can get different trial products and you only paid for the delivery fee. This company Skin Youth Enhanced was promoting a product that supposedly will help you with the wrinkles around your eyes and neck. They said the trial was for 30 days. As soon as I received the product I started using it noticing the burning sensation around my eyes with the bottle containing the cream for the skin surrounding your eyes. I tought it was the regular reaction using this product but after few days my skin was dry showing burns.
I was going to call them or write to them about this then today I checked my account and it was overdraft with two charges for $89.97 and $85.97. I called my bank to stop those entries but the bank said they couldn't stop it that I needed to call the company who sent those charges. I called but the number the bank gave me and they sent me to call another number for the Skin Youth Enhanced products. The representative started asking a lot of rubbish questions and he said the only thing he could do was to close the account and give me a 30% of reimbursement.
Of course, I got upset and we started arguing because I said I not even wasn't happy with the product and that I wanted full reimbursement. During the argument he started offering more percent of reimbursement until I said to him to give me his Supervisor, then he right away change to a 100% or reimbursement but the charges for the overdraft were not to be included. Before I could finish he hang on me. So I called again an a lady rep took my call an I explain what happened, again, and the way that man so rudely disconnect my call, not very professional.
She look into my account and explain to me that the charges are going to be reimbursed in full in 24hrs. but like I said before the overdraft charges not. I explain to her what happened with my skin but she wasn't very interested in help me with that respect. I am sure I am not the first people that are con by this product so I decided to look in the internet and I found your website. So, I am reporting that company as a fraudulent business conning a lot of people. This product is promoted by the famous Dr Oz on TV, so you should get in touch with him on this regard. He should promote products that cause damage to the person.
