Complaint Review: Skin Youth

I saw an add on facebook for a free trial offer. I placed an order to try this for 1.95 you just pay shipping. When I placed the order it immediately offered me a free trial for 4.95 for an eye cream. Okay I will try it! Ha! When I checked out the site automatically added a 34.95 order for another cream without my permission.

I called the company immeditately and while on the phone I pulled up the website and as I am waiting to talk to someone on the phone I see all these comments on the website stating it is a scam they had to cancel their bank accounts and credit cards. My heart dropped. I told the man just to cancel my entire order. Already aware of the first scam on me with the 34.95. After arguing for several minutes with the individual. I finally agree to pay the original shipping for the 1.95 and the 4.95. Big Mistake!!!

Two weeks later I recieve a phone call from my husband inquiring about some charges on our account!!! One for 87.95 for Vivid Eye and another for 89.97 for a Skin Youth Skin. Really? Or EUG as it was listed on our bank account. They automatically sign you up for a membership that I was never aware of or gave permission for!  I call back and talk to the same man. He is very rude and argumentive. Telling me I have to call all three different offices to cancel this account! Ok shouldn't he have informed me of this the first time when we had our conversation! Well no of course not!

I call all the different numbers he gave me and am assured I will recieve a refund for a perchantage off! NO! I want a complete refund! Never happened!  And not to mention I never recieved the products I have now purchased for 177.92!
