We bought their product Kollagen Intensiv and decided against using it. We returned the first shipment with a request to cancel.

They then sent a second shipment. We attempted to return it,unopened, and get a refund, but got nothing but grief from the people on their phone service.

They refused to refund. I suggest whoever wishes to buy their product think twice before doing so as it will be extremely difficult to cancel and get a refund if they're not satisfied.

As a representative of Kollagen Intensiv I cannot comment on this individual case but it seem quite straightforward. Our policy is that when a customer calls to cancel they are given a cancellation number. This is the receipt  that they have indeed cancelled. Customers are told on the recording  they hear when they first call in and before they talk to a rep that they will receive a cancellation number if they cancel. This is also stated on the order page. It is also made clear multiple times that cancellation is only accepted by phone.I have copied the order page below and highlighted that text. We also keep a record of any phone contact at all that people make with us.  If people call in and claim they have cancelled  but have no cancellation  number and we have no record of prior phone calls  it is quite evident  they have not been in previous contact with us. We try our best to accommodate customers in any way we can but there will always be those that we simply cannot help through no fault of our own.
