Dermafi Anti-Aging Solution - special offer on internet stated NO STRINGS ATTACHED, no commitments, etc. Totally false avertising. Hidden in the Terms & Conditions was very contrary information. Offer stated the only cost involved was $4.95 for the shipping charges and "NO STRINGS ATTACHED."

However, the product arrived and my bank account was charged $89.31. If you did not research the lengthy and obscure Terms & Consitions, you would not find and see that hidden there were contrary terms. They gave you 14 days to review the product before charging you an additional $89.31 which would continue monthly unless caught and cancelled by the customer.

As soon as I noticed the $89.31 charge and overdraft fee, I contacted their customer service department. Had to argue a full 20 minutes with the rep. They offered a 50% refund. I declined. We finally reached an agreement on $75 refund which means they would refund $66.98 and I would absorb the $21.11. This is unacceptable. I want a refund of all amounts over and above $4.95 - which means $21.11 outstanding.

Very deceptive advertising. This company should be put out of business immediately for their deceptive practices. If a class action lawsuit develops, count me in. ditto
