Skinhale Two months later, still no product Villa Park California

   I had placed an order at the beginning of June, even purchasing the express shipping option, but still haven't received my product.  It took there's weeks just to get an email stating my order had been processed/shipped but the tracking number does not show any movement whatsoever.  I've tried emailing the customer service email address but haven't gotten any kind of a response.  This is heck ring very frustrating how a company can survive like this when all they do is take your money and run.  Do they not have a backbone or a conscious?  I'd still like to receive my product or have a 200% refund for the hassle they've put me through.
