I had made what I understood to be a free purchase and that I would only be responsible for shipping and handling. I did not realize that this would be a recurring order where I would be charged $89.95 and $86.95 for the two items I received.  When I called the phone number listed to get a refund, the first option I get is to cancel my order. (Hmmm, sounds like they get a lot of them).  So I did cancel my order. The automated system confirmed my cancellation, gave me a confirmation number and hung up.  When I called back they ask for the phone number used to place the initial order. When I entered that number, it told me that my account has been cancelled and the call was stopped. I tried calling again hoping to get customer service, so this time I did not enter my phone number. Interesting that there is a looong pause between the initial request for the ordering phone number and the next option which was to speak to a customer service representative. Hallelujah, finally!  I entered the prompts given and nothing.  I mean there is absolute silence on the phone. Unlike most automated systems where it usually says "thank you for calling _______. A customer service representative will be with you shortly."  There was nothing but an abysmal silence. I waited for a minute or two and gave up realizing that this company really has no intention of providing good customer service.  It really is a shame that the only information that this company gives is the one that is intended to steal from you.
