I sent for tial samples of two facial products from an online ad that I had seen numerous times in different locations on the internet. I received my products and I thought that was the end of it until I received my credit card statement and it showed the charges for my trial products and an additional $89.95 for more products. When I called customer service they told me that I had not read the fine print and because I did not call within 14 days of receiving my products to cancel my trial I was now being charged the full price for the product and would continue to be charged this each month. I asked to cancel the order and the customer service rep immediately offered me a discount of 50% and then 75% once I refused the 50%. I  asked to cancel it all at which time the rep gave me my cancellation confirmation numbers, but told me I was still responsible for the $89.95 charge. I told him I was going to dispute the charge and he told me to have a nice evening and hung up.
