Complaint Review: Rob Nevins Skinny Switch Secret

I ordered the Skinny Switch Secret diet plan on-line. There is a 30 day full money back guarantee. I emailed the company before the 30 days was up to cancel. I did not get a response back to my cancellation email, so I thought everything was good. The next month, my credit card was charged again. I emailed the company again and asked for a full refund. This time, I received an email stating I needed to contact the company over the telephone. I called the company and was told it was too late to cancel. The fine print stated I needed to call the company to cancel and it couldn't be done through email. Sorry.

I think this company ripped me off because I got no response to my first email when I was within the 30 day trial period. My second email got a response because it was after the 30 day trial period. The response told me I had to call. There was no reason to call, because at this point, it was too late. If I had gotten a response telling me I had to call after my 1st email, I could have called the company within the cancellation period and gotten a full refund.

I have tried every diet imaginable, and this is the most confusing diet I have ever been on. I know a lot about dieting and if I can't figure it out, it is difficult. Not only is this diet terrible, but I didn't get a refund. I am out $154.68 because they continued to take out $38.67 a month for the full 4 installments. Rob Nevins acts very nice on his infomercial, but I think the company is very dishonest!
