SkinnyIQ somehow has pulled off the unthinkable of STEALING, literally STEALING, and daring it's deceived consumers to file charges or suit.

Before anyone makes the ill advised decision to receive ANY promotion offered by SkinnyIQ they should immediately stop and delete the email they received or browse to another site.

I made the awful decision to accept the promotional item for $1.00 as a Gag gift for my wife's birthday and made certain there was not any additional obligation on my part. Little did I know, the part of their terms and conditions informing that a customer must call within 10 days to cancel or they would be charged $94.00 was not on the screen of the offer but I would have had to click forward to read this information.

However, the terms and conditions wouldn't matter because they debited the money from my account on the 8th day. Informed that my call was outside the promotional timeline there was nothing MAX the service manager could do. I NEVER RECEIVED the product and yet I was being charged the full amount. MAX the manager informs me that SkinnyIQ is not responsible for stolen or lost shipments. How is this possible? So I lose my money and receive no product?!?

I asked for the owner of the company and Max the manager tells me he is the "highest person" I can speak with about my complaint. I asked how I would escalate my issue and he repeated himself.

If this report helps one person I will be happy. These thieves should be shut down completely. I have never had an issue like this before but I am going to call my relative who is an Asst Attorney General in another state to see what options I have. My money may be gone forever but I am going to try and help others by getting these CRIMINALS to start doing business honestly or be shut down.

I'll look to file a report with the state of Nevada first, the Better Business Bureau, and then do whatever I can to educate people wherever I can by starting a Twitter and Email campaign against these thieves. Unfortunately for SkinnyIQ I have a marketing background and a long memory.

Save yourself some money and trouble, there are better products out there.
