The trial is a full-size box and that counts as your first shipment. You pay $4.95 (plus applicable state tax) for the initial shipment, you have 7 days to notify us if you would like to cancel your trial before the subscription goes into effect. At this point (when you contact us) you are notified of the other options available if you decide to continue your membership, such as changing the flavor for the chocolates or changing the auto-ship frequency to every 60, 90 or 120 days instead of 30.

If you do not contact us during your trial period your subscription goes into effect for the standard 30 days auto-ship and you are charged for your first month. You also have a 60-day, money back guarantee. If you would like to return the chocolates (or the empty box) within that time frame for any reason then we process your refund ASAP. If you want to cancel your membership/subscription, that can be done at any time as well.
