Had several quetions regarding there products and a return. Emailed them several times with no response and then called there phone number on the website which was a recorded message. Finally I attached a email to a order confirmation that I received from them and sent back. Did receive a reply of we emailed you don't know what the problem is.

As far as the return their only statement was refer to our website. Anything unopened may be sent back for a 20% restocking fee and if it is damaged in shipment they send it back to you without a refund.One product that I did use was ok but not so great that I need to deal with poor customer service.

This customer chose to not follow our return policy. We sell cosmetics and skin care. Once they are opened, we cannot resell them. We have thousands of customers who love us! They understand our return policy.

Our return policy is posted on the website. It is clear and easy to read.

This customer receive dher products within 3 days of ordering. She used them. She then contacted us later and wanted to return them. We told her we would not take them back.

Why is this considered a rip off on this site? It does not seem fair.
