Complaint Review: Skips pharmacy

My mother could have gotten her Tobramycin filled at Walgreens. I called they act like they are the only company that makes these meds. I was referred to this company by Rands eye institute. I was told that Skips takes extra care for meds. Not true at all. Walgreens only would have charged me $8.00 Another man and his grandmother came in at the same time and had the same problem. I could have been some what wrong for due diligence but I hold those in the medical and pharmaceutical business accountable for fidciary responsibilities when people could go blind in an Emergency. Bottom line i was ripped off an extra $80.00 I did have to fill another specialty med at the pharmacy. It cost the same amount, go figure. I should have checked there rating online 2.5.
