I recently went to lake mead with my husband and we decided to rend some jet skis. So we went to skiwi on lake mead because they were close to the lake.
It was the worst decision we made. After being treated very rude like they were in a rush and careless to get us out of there.
We went out to the lake all day and had a great time. When we got back to return the jet ski, they where rude again while taking the jetskis off of out hummer and not talking to us at all. It made us feel very uncomfortable.
We went in to pay and they said we had to pay and be on our way. Now, we had put our credit card down as a hold in case we wrecked the jet skis but we paid in cash(another huge mistake)That's it. It sounded easy enough. But a few days later I found out that they charged us for 3... yes Three jetskis!
When we contacted them to find out what happend he was again very rude and said "when you rent 3 jet skis that's what you pay for". I asked him if he remembered me and my husband and out hummer and he said," lady I see so many people and your asking me to remember you". He asked how I paid and I told him cash and he said there's no way of him klooking up when we where there.
Since I had lost the receipt I am now out over $700 and this company remains open and happy ripping people off.
I hope this will warn some good people and they will take there business elsewhere.

Seven months later we still have not heard from "Cindy of Henderson" to remedy her "grievance".

We do explain to everyone that credit card authorizations will be held, by the issuing bank, for 2-5 business days. If "Cindy" did indeed rent from us, she may not have understood this process clearly.

Cindy from Henderson,
We never intentionally take more money from the customer than stated on the contract.
We definitely keep all our invoice transactions so we can track all our rentals (It's also a legal requirement).

Credit card verifications for a Security Deposit do take 2-3 business days to fall off (sometimes longer depending on the issuing bank). Maybe this is what happened?

Incidentally, we moved from Lake Mead Pkwy in 2008. Are you possibly confusing us with the other jet ski rental company on Lake Mead Pkwy?

If you could please call us ASAP (702) 568-8999 and let us know approximately what day you rented from us & your name, we will find your rental agreement. If we have overcharged we will issue you an immediate refund.
