I sent back a broken pair of skullcandy earbuds to the company as per their lifetime guarantee. They emailed me a return merchandise authorization number. I sent them back and got confirmation of receipt of broken product. They claim that they sent replacement pair but no employee can obtain tracking number. After 6 or 7 emails to Scott Heller at the company, I have received no response.I guess I have been scammed.

After 5weeks and no response to 6 emails they finally sent me a replacement pair of earbuds. Never told me that they were in transit. No tracking number # either. Poor communication, but, at least they sent them.
