Sky Beam Sky Beam Of Texas, Sky Beam Texas Sky Beam Knows They're Going To Get Sued..By Someone, Soon! Waco, Texas

In order to provide full disclosure, I am the owner of a competing company to Sky Beam, but, first, I was a customer.
First, let me explain my headline. The reason I am claiming that Sky Beam knows they're going to get sued, is because they have formed "Sky Beam Of Texas". This is corporate protectionism. It's a simple trick that companies do, whenever they expect a rocky road. They'll form a second company, which is separate from the main one... so "it" gets sued and is liable. Pretty transparent, but, based on what I've witnessed, Sky Beam is not headed by folks climbing out of the deep end of the gene pool.

So, here's my story..
In Sept of 2010, Sky Beam came in and purchased the local "WISP". Almost the very same day, my "guaranteed" 7.5 megs, dropped to 128kps. Folks, that's ridiculous! This "rip off" continued for weeks, even though my bill did not decrease. Eventually, Sky Beam did adjust my bill, to their highest billing amount, but my speed never increased. (A pdf of my speed tests are available..) Along with an offer of $100,000 if Sky Beam can disprove anything I say... They haven't taken me up on my offer.

After many long hours of waiting, I finally got a hold of "tech support" and they dispatched someone to my home, only took them two weeks! The poor tech showed up and flat out told me Sky Beam knew they had a problem, it was network wide and they weren't doing anything to fix it, for several weeks. To my knowledge, they have never gotten back up to speed.

I started "adjusting" my bill and after 45 days, they shut me off. Claiming they had tried calling me, first. Interesting, no one had my phone number.

But, the absolute "Pice de rsistance" was when they dispatched someone to my home and stole my radio! Sky Beam did NO due diligence before they purchased the local WISP or, if they did, they were completely incompetent. Sky Beam "customer care" claimed they were "told" no one owned their radios. I happen to have paid cash for mine, about five years ago.

Sky Beam's brilliant retort? Prove you own it!
I told them, the burden of proof was on their shoulders, since they came to my home and took my property. They promised to find it and follow up and of course, they have not.

Frankly, my company is doing wonderful! Thank you Sky Beam!
Keep up the great work!!!

Simply questions.

When was Sky Beam of Texas incorporated?

The purchase of the company, Central Texas WiFI, was made in which companies' name?

What proof was provided in the due diligence package that NONE of the customers owned their own radios?

What is the very best speed, during the period of Sept 2010 - Feb 2011, for your network, in the China Spring, Texas area? And don't just throw out a number, I'd wager not one of your clients broke 4 megs.

Why, exactly, did the speed, to the end user, drop to 128k, after Sky Beam purchased Central Texas WiFI?
There was NO change in the hardware, what happened, exactly?
