Complaint Review: sky fulfillment

I wanted to try out CBD hemp oil because I had been reading about it having positive affects as related to joint pain.  While I was shopping online at CVS website a box popped up after checkout advising me that I had received a reward for shopping and gave me several choices of products to try.  CBD Hemp Oil by Sky Fulfillment was one of them and a "FREE" sample was offered for the cost of shipping (approx. $5).  I ordered the sample and paid my $5 shipping cost and received the sample in  the mail shortly thereafter.  The sample came packaged in a manilla folder with no invoice included; only the sample product.  I didn't find this strange due to my having only ordered a sample.  However, a month later I received an additional shipment of the same sample-sized product. 

I didn't question the shipment as I thought they had just sent me another sample by mistake and/or charged me an additional $5.  When I received the 3rd shipment in the mail I found it strange and immediately reviewed my credit card statement.  I was shocked to see that I had been charged $92+ for this shipment as well as another $92+ for the previous month's shipment.  At no time whatsoever, did I ever sign up for a continuous subscription for this product and at no time whatsoever was I ever advised of the $92+ cost.  No invoices were ever included with the shipment which made it hard to determine whom to contact about the issue and to advise that I never signed up for any monthly fulfillment and wanted full credit for the unauthorized charges on my credit card. 

Buyer beware.  Do not sign up to receive and/or order any free samples from this company.  It uses bad faith business practices, misrepresents itself and its intentions and will defraud you, the consumer.
