Skyauction.com rip-off scam liars mistreated and ripped off NYC New York

Paid For Seven Nights Received 6 Nights .....

I won an auction for 7 nights in Oahu with air fare. I was booked for six nights arriving the day after. I sent many emails and one phone call to skyauction, and three calls to the hotel. The hotel keeps telling me I am booked for 6 nights and skyauction tells me I am booked for 7.

The hotel tells me that skyauction never call to confirm the reservation. So, how do they know that the reservation was made correctly or not. I had to pay for the first night myself. It is my personal opinion that skyauction is a rip-off and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Take a look at complaints.com to see many other complaints about this company.

Here it is, May 21, 2003. I have contacted Skyauction.com many many times. I get the same answer every time, "An Agent is working on it." The vacation was originally scheduled for 2/17/2003. The snow storm on the East Cost caused the Airport to shut down for several days. Both the Airline and the Hotel refunded 100% of the price. However, Skyauction does not seem to care how long they take to update me on rescheduling the vacation.
